# การลงทะเบียนเเละติดตั้ง

## การติดตั้ง (Installation)

ในการใช้งาน Gemlogin คุณจำเป็นต้องติดตั้งแอปพลิเคชัน จากลิงก์นี้:

ปัจจุบันโปรแกรมสามารถติดตั้งได้ในระบบ `Windows` และระบบ `MacOS/Apple Silicon`&#x20;

* ทำการติดตั้งไฟล์ไว้ในโฟลเดอร์ของคุณ จากนั้นสามารถเข้าสู่ระบบหรือเข้าใช้งานได้เลย&#x20;
* หรือหากไฟล์ขึ้นเครื่องหมายในภาพ ให้เลือกที่ `...` เเละเลือก `Keep`

* จากนั้นทำการติดตั้งไฟล์ เเละคลิกเลือก `More info` >> `Run anyway`  &#x20;

* ไปที่โฟลเดอร์ที่คุณดาวน์โหลด จากนั้นทำการติดตั้งไปที่ Application

* ใช้คำสั่งอนุญาตการเข้าถึง โดยไปที่ `Terminal` :&#x20;

* จากนั้นทำการเปิดโปรแกรมและเข้าสู่ระบบได้ตามปกติ

หลังจากที่คุณได้ดาวน์โหลดและติดตั้งโปรแกรมเรียบร้อยแล้ว ขั้นตอนต่อไปคือการลงชื่อเข้าใช้ด้วยบัญชีที่คุณได้ลงทะเบียนไว้&#x20;

หากยังไม่มีบัญชี คุณสามารถสร้างบัญชีผู้ใช้งานใหม่ได้ทันที โดยเราขอเเนะนำให้คุณทำการลงทะเบียนในเว็บบราวเซอร์ก่อน หลังจากสำเร็จเเล้ว จึงทำการล็อคอินในแอพที่ได้ติดตั้งไว้ หรือสามารถดูตัวอย่างจากวิดีโอที่เเนบมา

## การรีเซ็ตรหัสผ่าน (Forget Password)

**ขั้นตอนการรีเซ็ตรหัสผ่าน:**&#x20;

1. **เข้าหน้าล็อกอินของระบบ**

2. **กดปุ่ม “ลืมรหัสผ่าน” (Forgot Password)**

3. **กรอกอีเมลที่ต้องการใช้รับรหัสผ่านชั่วคราว**

4. **ยืนยันตัวตนด้วย OTP กรอกเลขที่ไดเ้รับผ่านทางอีเมล จากนั้นรอรับรหัสผ่านชั่วคราวทางอีเมลอีกครั้ง**

5. **เข้าสู่ระบบด้วยรหัสผ่านชั่วคราว**&#x20;
